Terms of Use

This website, Ask Ansar (ontariobanksales-web-2q65b64hq7k3c.azurewebsites.net), is a Virtual Office Website (VOW) operated by Ansar Mohammed, Salesperson, of Kingsway Real Estate, Brokerage (the "Brokerage"), a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). Listing data is provided under licence from TRREB through PropTx. By registering, you (the "Consumer") acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You are entering into a lawful consumer–broker relationship with the Brokerage.
  2. All MLS® data you get from this VOW is only for your personal, non-commercial use.
  3. You have a genuine (bona fide) interest in buying, selling or leasing real estate of the type offered through this VOW.
  4. You will not copy, redistribute, retransmit or otherwise use any of the data or Listing Information provided, except to consider buying, selling or leasing an individual property.
  5. You acknowledge TRREB's and PropTx's ownership of, and the validity of their proprietary rights and copyright in, the MLS® database, MLS® data, the MLS® System and the Listing Information.
  6. You will not, directly or indirectly, display, post, share, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell or sublicense any Listing Information to any other person or organization. This expressly includes "scraping" (including screen scraping and database scraping), "data mining", and any other activity intended to collect, store, reorganize, summarize or manipulate Listing Information or related data.
  7. Ticking the box to accept these Terms of Use, after you have had the chance to read them, is enough to show your agreement.
  8. These Terms of Use do not create any financial obligation for you, and do not create any representation (agency) agreement between you and the Brokerage. Any representation agreement must be made separately, in writing.
  9. TRREB, PropTx, other TRREB members, and their authorized representatives may access this VOW to check compliance with the MLS® Rules and Policies (including the VOW rules) and to monitor how members' listings are displayed.
  10. The personal information you provide may be collected, used and disclosed as described in our Privacy Policy, including being shared with TRREB and/or PropTx for auditing and/or legal purposes.
  11. Listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by TRREB or PropTx. Power of sale and estate sale labels are based on the listing details and seller information provided in the MLS® listing; the listing agent can confirm the particulars of the sale before you book an appointment.
