Privacy Policy

Kingsway Real Estate, Brokerage and Ansar Mohammed, Salesperson ("we"), who operate Ask Ansar (ontariobanksales-web-2q65b64hq7k3c.azurewebsites.net), respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Your email address (which is also your sign-in name), first and last name, and phone number. Your password is stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form that can't be read back.
• The answers you give when you register: what you're looking for, timeframe, budget, areas, mortgage status, whether you're a first-time buyer, and whether you work with another agent.
• The homes you save and the questions you send about listings.
• The date, time and internet address when you accept our Terms of Use and sign in.
• A record of your sign-ins, the searches you run and the listings you view, which TRREB and PropTx rules require us to keep for auditing.

Why we collect it

• To confirm who you are, which the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB)'s rules require before we can show MLS® listing details.
• To answer your questions and help you buy, sell or lease real estate.
• To send you new listings and market updates, only if you agreed to this. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.

Who we share it with

• TRREB and PropTx, for auditing and/or legal purposes, as their VOW rules require.
• Service providers that run this website for us (hosting and email delivery). They may only use your information to provide those services.
• We never sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or close your account, at any time. TRREB and PropTx rules require us to keep a record of each registration (including your acceptance of the Terms of Use) for at least 180 days after the account's password expires; we delete it after that on request.
